What kind of spider could this be? - what can i do about mottled legs

I just found a spider on the top level of my house, we have often seen, but find no information about what they are. They are about 1 to 1 1 / 2 's) total length (including the legs, mainly sand, mottled brown with 2 dark stripes on the chest. 2 legs, I think the back legs are a little more coffee than the other legs, but only very minimal. Down (stomach) is very dark brown / black.

Who knows what is or could be? My guess is an immature wolf spider of some sort, but I'm not sure why the immature spiders run so close to winter. No spiders in general, during this period?
